Competitive Program
Fees for participation in the club cover a soccer season. A player who accepts an invitation to play with the Brattleboro Storm commits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer season. If a player requests to drop for any reason other than injury or relocation NO refund will be issued. A full refund will be issued for the aforementioned reasons should either happen before the first game. No refunds, partial or full, will be made to players who choose not to participate at any point after registration for any other reason, including players suspended from the program. No refunds for weather-related cancellations. Also, any registration fees will not be refunded.
Summer Camp
Fees are collected by Challenger Sports and non-refundable and not transferable. Your registration is a commitment to participate. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.Spring Clinics
Brattleboro Storm recognizes and appreciates the need to service its participating players and families by providing a vehicle to obtain refunds in the event that one is deemed necessary. The Spring Clinics are subject to late winter weather and therefore qualifies for a refund as follows:
100% refund if all three days of Spring Clinic is canceled due to weather.
50% refund if two days of Spring Clinic is canceled due to weather.
No refund if only one day is canceled. Make-up date(s) will be created if possible.

To qualify for a refund apart from Spring Clinic cancellation, the requests must be made in writing to the club's registrar, or to the coach for the applicable age group via email or by mail to BYSA PO Box 301, Brattleboro VT 05301. The request shall include the amount requested, the name of the player as well as the parent’s name and address for payment. Once received, the request shall be approved by the registrar or coordinator and forwarded to the treasurer for payment processing. Please allow approximately 45 days for processing.
