Speed & Core Training

The Joliet Steelers have teamed up with House of Valor for Speed and Core Training available to both Football & Cheerleaders.

House of Valor
2225 W. Jefferson Street
Joliet, IL

Every Wednesday
Ages 7-10 Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm
Ages 11-14 Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm

Every Saturday
Ages 7-10 Saturday from 11am to 12pm
Ages 11-14 Saturday from 12pm to 1pm

Cost:
$10 Single Day
$25 a Month for 1 Day
$50 a Month for 2 Days
