If you register online you still have to complete the registration packet and turn the packet in at one of the in-person registration dates. Please make sure to fill out packet completely and have your child sign the contract as well.

In order to complete the registration process we will need the following items:

1. 2020 Pop Warner Player/Parent Contract

2. 2020 Pop Warner Medical History & Physical Form

3. Sport Physical MUST be completed in 2020 - NO EXCEPTIONS
4. Copy of Birth Certificate for New Players Only
5. Final Report Card from the 2019-2020 School Year
