Responsible for accounts receivable and payable and for developing and managing budget

SAHA mailbox/email, recordkeeping and correspondence, schedule Board meetings, agenda
Referee Coordinator - Todd Ellison
Referee/EMT game coordinator and billing
Registrar - Rob Nelson
Clearance Forms, USA Hockey registration and coaches certifications, team rosters
PAHL Representative - Amy Smith
Attend monthly PAHL meetings and email recap to Board
Marketing and Fundraising - Mike Bodnar
Media releases and publicity flyers, quarterly newsletter – produce, print, email, Ratwear merchandise sale and inventory management. Annual Fundraising events, Banner-Advertising, Super Bowl Block Pool, Corporate Sponsors, individual team fundraising liaison
Website and Registration Coordinator - Neil Glover
Website design and updates, postings on website. Create and maintain the registration process and database

Ice Scheduler - Erik Mertens
Iceoplex liaison, Game and practice scheduling, ice contact
Equipment Manager - David Carlisle
Pucks/water bottles, tryout pinneys, game jerseys/socks, corporate sponsor jersey orders, coaches’ jackets, manage existing inventory
