Mike Kosko – Southpointe 18U Team Head Coach
The 2019-2020 season will be Mike Kosko's first as head coach, previously serving as an assistant for prior seasons. Mike has been with the Southpointe organization for the past 2 seasons with his teams posting a 40-12-8 record (28-4-8 PAHL).
As a player, Mike played for several organizations including the Junior Penguins and Youngstown Phantoms before playing at Ohio University.
The Rink Rats U18, winning the U18A Major PAHL Playoff Banner in 2018-2019, are looking forward to continued success and next-level player development focusing on fine-tuning skills, smart-physical hockey, and sportsmanship.

8U ADM Mite Coordinators – Southpointe 2019-2020 Season
We are pleased to once again have Rob Danzuso and Justin Smith as our ADM mite coordinators for next season.
Rob Danzuso is currently head coach for Mite Team Danzuzo and Assistant/Goaltending Coach for Peewee 3. Rob has two sons who play for the Rink Rats and the 2019-20 season marks his 7th year with the organization. Growing up, he played for Central Pittsburgh and Eastern (now Steel City). Rob keeps active by playing on several Adult hockey teams. He is a Level 3 Certified USA Hockey Coach including Goaltending Certification.
Justin Smith is currently head coach for Mite Team Smith and an assistant on Squirt 2. Justin's love for the game of hockey began on a frozen pond at his parents’ house and then moved to Rostraver Ice Gardens where he played for the Mon Valley Thunder. After high school he played for 2 years at California University of PA before enlisting in the Army. Justin has 2 sons that share his passion for the game with their fellow Rinkrats. After a season of assistant coaching his oldest sons team, he had the opportunity to be the head coach 5 times between his sons at the Mite level. Currently Justin has his CEP 3 certification through USA hockey. Justin works at SCI Greene in Waynesburg and lives in Canonsburg PA.
