2020/2021 Payment Plan Update

Entering the 2020/21 season has our club is refocusing our efforts to control all that we can in the face of state orders surrounding COVID-19. To help our parents be assured that they can deposit without concerns the club will be communicating certain guidelines below. Providing a safe way for our kids to participate in youth sports is a top priority. This begins both on the field for players and off the field financially for families.

As we begin the fall season, we are announcing some updates to the way we are managing operations.

New Payment Schedule for the Fall and Guidelines

Fall Teams

  • Must deposit to secure their spot on the team.
  • Will continue to make monthly payments while the season is “on”.
  • If the season gets suspended due to statewide or national mandates payments will be suspended.
  • Payments would begin again on an updated payment plan schedule once the season resumes.
  • Fees would be prorated accordingly based on how much of the season is potentially lost.

    Spring Teams (High School)

  • Must deposit to secure their spot on the team. This will allow us to have operating revenue to apply for tournaments and leagues. If tournaments or leagues are cancelled, we anticipate a 100% refund from tournaments/leagues of any spent fees so families should feel confident that they will receive that money back.
  • As a club, once a player has deposited, we are deciding to suspend all future payments for high school teams until November. The purpose of this is to allow families some peace of mind and not to be worried about the “what if the season is cancelled” happens.
    • This date could get extended if state mandates force us to.
  • We do not wish to collect money on a monthly basis from high school teams that may not have a chance to play.

As we know, this pandemic has impacted our lives like we have not seen in some of our lifetimes. It is critically important to support our families during this time. That is why we are proceeding forward in this adjusted way. We feel as though this provides extra security for our families during this time. However, we do still need to make sure teams are formed properly. If you have not done so already, please secure your spot by depositing so we can finalize teams no later than August 15th.
