Staff Coach
Staff coaches are one of the most important positions in USA Elite. Staff Coaches would be assigned to one or two soccer teams throughout the course of the year. Their primary job responsibility is to help guide and develop their soccer team throughout the course of the year. Ultimately, the staff coach will report directly to a Director of Player Development that oversees his/her team based on the age group that team is in. For non-high school teams this commitment is from August - October and January - May. High school teams are November - May.
Business Partnerships Coordinator
This role is vital to the growth of the soccer club and will work closely with the Executive Director to identify business partnerships on a local, regional and national level. The Business Partnerships Coordinator will have an annual goal to meet from a revenue perspective and should be a great communicator and well organized.
Social Media Coordinator
The social media coordinator will be responsible for generating a positive image through social media channels that fits in the overall mission and reflects the value of USA Elite. This person should have a background in social media, preferably with a grassroots soccer club organization. Additionally, this person should possess the ability follow branding guideline expectations when promoting the USA Elite youth soccer club through text, graphics and video.
Fundraising Coordinator
The fundraising coordinator will be responsible for helping to drive fundraising initiatives for the club and families to help offset operating and player fee costs. This person will work closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Coaching and Executive Director.
