Volunteer and Coaches meeting

Coaches and Volunteer Meeting

As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and fun environment for all of our programs, we hold an annual coaches and volunteer meeting. This meeting is mandatory for all coaches and recommended for all volunteers and any parents interested in learning more.

Time and location TBD.

If you plan to coach and cannot make this date please let us know ASAP. At this meeting we will go over:

		Roles and responsibilities
		Coaches and Volunteers Code of Conduct agreement
		Rules and regulations
		Draft processes and team assignments

We will close with a Q&A session.

Drafts for minor, major, and senior baseball divisions will be held right after the Q&A session. Division commissioners will be in touch with those who have raised their hands to head and assistant coach prior to this meeting to confirm assignments.
