LEAGUE RAFFLE TICKET INFORMATION

Coaches/Parents, please continue to encourage your players to sell their raffle tickets. More tickets packets available!! 

Fundraiser will run from 4/7/25-5/18/25

• Each player will receive a packet containing 10 tickets

• $5 donation per ticket = $50 per packet

• All ticket packets will be distributed BY  4/7/25

• Completed packets should be handed to your Head Coach

• Ticket turn-in date is 5/15/25 6:30 pm at Martha Hart Concession Stand 

• Players are encouraged to sell one packet at minimum, however the more your player sells, the greater the odds in winning the “Player Incentive”. Please ensure that ticket stubs include the donator’s name and phone number, along with your Players first & last name to help identify our incentive winner. 

• Player Incentive: The player with the highest tickets sold will earn (2) park passes to SIX FLAGS 

• Team Incentive: Team with the highest amount of player participants will win a pizza party

• Fundraiser prizes: 1st prize: $150, 2nd prize: $100, 3rd prize: $75

• ** Fundraiser prize winner will be announced on 5/18/25 via FB Live at 3PM

This opportunity is encouraged for all coaches, parents and players alike to participate. 

Therefore, as a way to introduce even more fun to the cause we will be providing a pizza party to the team with the most players that participate in the Shake-The-Can events 

Remember, this event allows us to bring to the community of New Britain the same opportunity that you decided to take advantage of in joining the New Britain Little League.

Please forward this to your parents and strongly encourage them to attend with their players. You, of course, are an extension of this encouragement. So, please make it your mission to attend and gain more insight on the fundraising process as a result as well. Only good can come from gaining a better understanding of what is required to maintain and grow the league you have volunteered to support.

No matter what, It is up to each of us first to put our efforts into these events and opportunities like it in order to reach as many families and translate Shake-The-Can dollars into diamond players that lead a better life because of it.

For your convenience we are also requesting that you extend the option for parents to drop off their player(s) to remain with the NBLL group should there be any need in which a parent can not remain with their child during the event.

Above all, please note that we are a diverse people with plenty of creative ideas. So, please do not hesitate to present and share your own ideas with us.
