We are gearing up for the 2026 New Britain Little League season, but to ensure a safe, successful, and fun experience for every child, we critically need dedicated volunteers and Board of Directors! Your passion and involvement are vital to the future of NBLL.

I. Board Officer Roles (Critical Leadership)

We need committed individuals to help steer the league behind the scenes.

• B.O.D Secretary: Manage communication, minutes, and league records.

• B.O.D Fundraiser/Fundraiser Committee: Help us raise necessary funds for equipment, field maintenance, and programs.

• B.O.D Sponsorship Coordinator: Secure local business partnerships to support our kids.

 ✨ Get Involved: Your 2026 Volunteer Next Steps!

All individuals interested in volunteering (Coaches, Concessions staff, Fundraisers, etc.) must complete the following steps to comply with Little League International requirements:

Register on the NBLL Website:

1. • Visit the NBLL website and register under "volunteer roles at registrations." (If you don't have a player, you can still create an account and select your desired volunteer roles.)

2. Submit Documentation:

   • Complete a Little League Volunteer Application.

   • Submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID.

3. Background Screening:

   • Upon application completion, a direct email will be sent to you to complete a private background screening. (Confirmation of any coaching role is pending successful completion of this check.)

4. Mandatory Training/Certification:

   • All volunteers must complete the USA Baseball Abuse Awareness for Adults training and upload the certificate to your league profile or email it to the League Safety Officer.

Non-Volunteer Fee Refund: All $20 non-volunteer fees will be refunded during the first week of June for those who volunteer for the 2026 Spring Season!
