For our celebration on May 15:
POSTERS
Each team needs to submit one poster celebrating their team and their sponsor. Posterboards are available in the Little Fields Equipment Shed and in the Base Room. Each team will also have an envelope with two printed copies of their sponsors' logo. The logo does not have to be included “as is” (you may choose to draw it in or otherwise represent it) but please make sure the Sponsor is featured in some way. We encourage you to include players first names and numbers but please do not include last names. One winning team will be chosen from each Division and will receive prizes for the entire team. Please return your posters no later than 8 pm on Friday May 14 to the equipment areas for judging.
RAFFLE
Remind your players families to return the stubs from their raffle tickets for the drawing.
ARRIVING TO THE CEREMONY
On the big day, please enter Field 6 between 8:30 and 8:40 so that you can supervise your team as they arrive. We have asked players to enter Field 6 between 8:40 and 8:50. They will need to arrive before then as parking will be very full. Signs will make the location assigned to each team. Please be diligent in supervising players (especially smaller ones) and keep them in the assigned areas. Each team’s location is intended to provide 6’ of social distancing from one another.
