Lake Nona Youth Sports is proud to bring Southeast Orlando and surrounding communities both a local youth recreational lacrosse program. 
Our passionate coaching staff aims to prepare players to compete in a safe, fun environment. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a memorable experience for our young athletes while preparing them for more competitive play at a higher level.
