HEROES GIRLS Fall Lacrosse 25

Lake Nona Youth Sports Girls' Fall Lacrosse is here...!!

This season also serves as a developmental program to prepare for high school or Club Teams. Practices will reinforce personal skills (throwing, passing, cradling, scooping, dodging, shooting, footwork, etc.) as well as team concepts (transition play, man-down defense, offensive principals, clearing, riding, etc.).
Season starts August 19- ends TBD Registration includes Swag kit!

New players are welcome, along with our returning players.
If your child wants to have a LOT of fast-paced fun, make new friends, improve cardio/footwork, and learn one of the fastest growing sports in America

Practices - Tuesday and Thursday Season starts August 19- ends TBD / Games will be on Saturdays starting September 6 (eight Saturday of games)

Equipment & Gear - All players must have the following gear to practice and play: 
1.   Mouth guard & Protective Googles
2.   Cleats (from any field sport)
3.   Lacrosse stick (goalie gear is available to loan for goalies)


HEROES Lacrosse practice shirt& uniforms will be issued and are included in the price. US Lacrosse membership number is mandatory.

Boys Fall 2025 Lacrosse Season

Lake Nona Youth Sports Boys' Fall Lacrosse is here...

This season also serves as a developmental program to prepare our players for games and also serves as a feeder to high school. Practices will reinforce personal skills (throwing, passing, cradling, scooping, dodging, shooting, footwork, etc.) as well as team concepts (transition play, man-down defense, offensive principals, clearing, riding, etc.).

New players are welcome, along with our returning players.
If your child wants to have a LOT of fast-paced fun, make new friends, improve cardio/footwork, and learn one of the fastest growing sports in America (with relatively more scholarship opportunities than other “main stream” sports) lacrosse is your sport.

Grades 3-8th grade: Will be ran by MY LAX Academy
Practices are MONDAY and Thursdays 6-7:30 pm (August 18- Nov.3)

High Schoo Boys Fall ball Lacrosse 2025


Boys' High School Fall Lacrosse 2025!
Fall season aims to develop high school players for competitive play in the Spring, for boys' grades 9 to 12.

All practices will take place at Heroes Park: 14087 Centerline Dr Orlando, Fl 32827

The Fall season includes 2 practices per week on Mondays and Thursdays, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm
The first practice will be Monday, August 18. The final practice will TBD

Orlando Fall- Ball Tournament:
September 27, October 4, October 11

Players must have an active US Lacrosse membership upon registering (member number required).
Required gear:
  1. Stick
  2. Cleats
  3. Mouth guard (required at all practices)
  4. Helmet
  5. Arm pads
  6. Shoulder pads
  7. Gloves
  8. Navy or Black shorts
  9. Reversible practice pinnies (shortly after the season starts we will issue new pinnies, included in the registration price)
  10. Goalie gear (if applicable; neck guard, chest protector, cup) **CUP for all players **
