SUMMER-LAX 2026 HEROES GIRLS

Heroes Girls' Summer Lacrosse is here...!! Season starts for everyone May 26.2026-June 28

This season also serves as a developmental program to prepare for high school or Club Teams. Practices will reinforce personal skills (throwing, passing, cradling, scooping, dodging, shooting, footwork, etc.) as well as team concepts (transition play, man-down defense, offensive principals, clearing, riding, etc.).


New players are welcome, along with our returning players.
If your child wants to have a LOT of fast-paced fun, make new friends, improve cardio/footwork, and learn one of the fastest growing sports in America

Location for Practices:
Heroes Park 14028 Centerline Drive Orlando, Fl 32827
Practices - Tuesday and Thursday
*** Elementary (6:30 -7:30 pm) / ****Middle-School & High School: 6:30 -8pm
** if we have enough girls ** we will end season with a tournament
