League Volunteer If you plan on helping out with the team, volunteering in anyway where you will interact with the players (team mom/dad, snack shack (UPPER DIVISIONS ONLY), practices, umpire, or helping with coaching; please complete the following section.

Head Coach You will receive an email from Middletown Cobb Little League requesting that you complete the online background clearance form. You will have 14 days to complete this step and receive clearance to volunteer. You only need to complete this once.
