Refund Policy

Parents, 
When you signed your registration form, you agreed to the terms and conditions of our refund policy.  
By signing your registration form, you agreed to the terms below whether your child(ren) quit, was removed by a parent/guardian, or was injured and unable to play. 
When you signed your Parent Code of Conduct form, you agreed to the terms below in the case your child(ren) was removed from the team due to a violation of the Parent Code of Conduct (e.g., #9 - I will demand that my child treat other players, coaches, officials and spectators with respect regardless of race, creed, color, sex or ability).   
Prior to a player being removed from Foster Park Little League for a violation of the Parent Code of Conduct or any other infraction, a meeting may occur between the player, parent/guardian, coach(es), and a board member (preferably the League President, Player Agent, and League VP).        

Refund details:
Before the draft = full refund ·        
After the draft and before Opening Day:    
  - Before uniforms are ordered, and a replacement player is found = full refund.
- Before uniforms are ordered, and no replacement found = $25 fee   
- After uniforms are ordered, and a replacement player can fill your uniform order = full refund 
- After uniforms are ordered, and a replacement player is not found or the replacement player cannot fill your uniform order = $50 fee and you keep the uniform.     
- From Opening Day to May 7 = you will receive half of what you paid for your child(ren) and get to keep the uniform.  Please keep in mind that if you paid the family maximum that this amount is subject to board discretion. ·        
- After May 7 = no refunds
