Wood River Parks & Recreation Director - Jason Woody
The City of Wood River hired Jason in November 2008 as the Director of Parks & Recreation. He oversees all operations run through the Parks & Rec Department. Jason is a graduate of Missouri Baptist with a degree in Sports Management.

Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation - Pat Minogue
Pat started working for the City of Wood River in 2022. He oversees recreation programming and will also manage the new recreation center upon its completion. He has previous experience working in facility management and programming while working for the Village of East Alton and the City of Belleville. Pat is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Masters degree in Parks & Recreation with a Sports Management emphasis.

Facilities Manager –Jeremy Green
Jeremy recently joined the Recreation Department as the Facilities Manager in 2017. He has worked for the city since 2008. He oversees the maintenance of the facilities along with assisting our special events.
