Southeastern Virginia Pop Warner is a private 501C3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to the betterment of local youth working under the National Charter of Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc. as a member of the Mid-South Region. Based in the State of Virginia, we are located in the Hampton Roads Region, the birthplace of Colonial America.

Currently, we have 13 active associations in the cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Smithfield, Suffolk and Virginia Beach. Known as SEVA Pop Warner, we continually seek to add new associations of committed volunteers to help us fulfill the Mission, Goals and objectives of our Pop Warner charter.

For over 45 years we continue to inspire youth to practice the high ideals of fitness, citizenship and good character. We strive to bring youth closer together through the means of a common interest in sportsmanship, fair play, honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship, fellowship and reverence.

To impart to the game, elements of safety, sanity and intelligent supervision to keep the welfare of youth first and foremost always.

Winning of competition is secondary and the molding of character is our prime importance.
