Niagara Orleans Football Association - Terms and Conditions

1. All Parents and Participants must read and sign the Code of Ethics before they will be allowed to participate in the program.

2.  Parents are financially responsible for all of their organization's uniforms and/or equipment that is assigned to their child. Any uniforms and/or equipment either not returned, or returned damaged/unusable (other than normal wear and tear)must be replaced at the parent's expense.

3. The parent/guardian is responsible for any/all medical costs associated with any/all injuries sustained. ALL INJURIES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CHILD'S HEAD COACH IMMEDIATELY!

4.  Parents may be asked to supply certain items needed for the safety or performance of the sport. the home organization will address those needs, if applicable. 

5. Refunds will not be given once your child has attended/participated beyond the listed refund structure.

6. If questions or concerns arise anytime during the season about any general matter, please see a Board Member from your home organization. If questions or concerns arise regarding a coach or coaching specifically, please contact the Football Coordinator of your home organization.

7. Each practice and all games have specific start and finish times. It is to the benefit of the child that he/she is dropped off on time, and more importantly, picked up on time by the parent/guardian. For the safety of the children, all children must be picked up by their parent/guardian or a designated third party as provided in advance, with a signed note for our records. If a child is allowed to ride their bike, or walk home from practice/games, a signed note from the parent/guardian must be provided in advance for our records.
