Registration will close on 2/20/26 NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE!

Skills Assessments
**February 21, 2026**
Baseball Time 11:00am-12:30pm; Softball Time 1:00pm-2:30pm 

Registration Fee: Coach Pitch, Minors, and Majors $100; Tball $65
Family Max of $200 in registration fees

Non-Volunteer Fee is $50 per child
 Late Registration Fee $25 Starting 2/1/26

Bring Birth Certificate and 1 proof of address (for parent) from each group or fill out school attendance form at registration

Vehicle Records (i.e. Registration, lease, etc)
Employment Records
Insurance Records

Group 2:
Welfare/Child Care Records
Federal Records (ie Federal Tax, Social Security, etc)
State Records
Local (Municipal Records)
Support Payment Records
Homeowner/Tenant Records
Military Records

Group 3:
Voter's Registration
Utility Bills (ie gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile, garbage)
Financial records (i.e. loan, credit, investments)
Medical Records
Internet, Cable or Satelite
