2022 AAU Region 05 Qualifier

Members of the Smithfield Packers Youth Sports track team attended the AAU Region 05 Qualifier meet this past week in Highland Springs, VA. Several have qualified to advance to the AAU Jr. Olympics (location and details TBA): Zoe Moore qualified for the in the 400m and 800m, Alayna Washburn in the 800m, and Zyron Wells in the 100m. Additionally the 4x100 team of Laythan Thompson, Amere Boone, Jordin Shears, Zavion Knight also qualified.
