Week 4

The Smithfield Packers Youth Sports football teams welcomed the visiting Deer Park Titans to the Luter Sports Complex this weekend. The 6U Flag (Blue) team was successful in their contest 25-6, while the tackle teams all fell. The 10U squad had a strong showing - the only points scored were on an errant snap and recovery in the endzone.

Separately the 6U Flag (Gold) team traveled to Coventry Elementary School (Yorktown, VA) to face the Tidewater Dawgs 757 where the game, a forfeit by the dawgs due to not enough participants at the start of the game, saw a scrimmage that ended in a 6-6 stalemate.

For Week 5 the teams will scatter with the 6U Flag (Blue)/8U/10U/12U teams headed across two bridges to play the Gloucester Knights, The 6U Flag (Gold) team will travel to Warhill Stadium in (Williamsburg, VA) to face the Back River Bulls (Maroon) team, and the 14U team will head to Tabb Middle School (Yorktown, VA) to face the Tri-Citi Hurricanes.
