PYFCO Playoffs (Round 2)

Smithfield Packers Youth Sports hosted the second round of the 2022 Peninsula Youth Football and Cheer Organization playoffs this weekend at Smithfield High School.

The #6 Smithfield 06U Flag Blue team defeated the #4 Back River Bulls 25-0 in the early contest, and in mid-day action the #3 Smithfield 14U team defeated the #4 Tri-Citi Hurricanes 6-0 in overtime. In other play the #1 08U VA Eagles squad defeated the #4 Back River Bulls, the #2 10U VA Eagles defeated #3 Williamsburg Hornets (Black), and the 12U #1 Deer Park Titans defeated the #5 VA Eagles.

Next week the PYFCO Super Bowl will see the #6 06U Flag (Blue) team facing the #7 Deer Park Titans in a rematch of a week 3 contest (which the Packers won 25-6), and the 14U team will meet the VA Eagles in a rematch of a week 9 contest.
