Week Four

Smithfield Packers Youth Sports was on the road this weekend with 06U Gold team falling to the Grafton Tabb Tigers in Yorktown and the 14U team falling to Hampton 300 at Gosnold Hope Park in Hampton.  

The remaining teams traveled to the Warhill Sports Complex to face the Williamsburg Hornets with the 06U Blue team winning handedly (30-6), the 08U team falling 0-6 on a last minute interception/touchdown, the 10U team winning 26-0, and the 12U team falling in late afternoon play.

Next week the Packers will head to Surry to face the Cougars, and the 14Us travel to Hopewell High School to face the RVA Bulldogs (with the 06U Blue enjoying a bye week) in the latest installment of the 'Battle of Route 10'.
