Policy

Withdrawal from program

If a player must drop out for any reason the following refund policy will apply.

The Lightning Lacrosse Program policy is that "No" refunds for uniforms, membership fees, and the tournament/league fees will be given to players once the registration has closed. After the deduction of the above, the following schedule will take place for the remainder of the balance after the close of the registration and up to the start of week 3 of the season.

Between the close of registration and the Start of Season 80% of the difference, Start of the 1st week = 60% of the difference, within 2 weeks of start = 40% of the difference, 3 weeks of start or more = No refunds.  If Lightning Lacrosse is unable to fill a team, the player will receive 100% refund minus the cost vested into the player if any (US Lacrosse Fees, Uniform if not returned, Equipment if not returned) US LACROSSE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE THROUGH OUR PROGRAM.

We realize there are special circumstances such as injuries that will cause a player to drop out mid-season.  The Lightning board of directors will decide on special cases.
