EQUIPMENT REQUEST
Miami Shores Lightning Lacrosse has limited equipment to borrow. Equipment is disbursed to players on a financial hardship scholarship first, and then on a first come basis. All equipment is washed and sanitized prior to being distributed to our players. We strongly encourage that each player purchases their own personal protective equipment.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST
Miami Shores Lightning Lacrosse may grant registration fee scholarships to children who without this financial assistance would not be able to participate in our program. Scholarships are only available to help cover the cost of registration and basic equipment (Stick, Helmet, shoulder pads, gloves) and are not available to cover any additional costs such as shoes and uniforms. A $65 fee is required when the scholarship is granted for uniform cost unless waived by the Board. The scholarship committee, which includes the Miami Shores Lightning Lacrosse Board, will consider all complete applications received by the application deadline. The amount of the scholarship awarded may be a partial or full scholarship depending on the number of applicants, and amount of scholarship funds available. Scholarships are awarded to one member of a registered family. Miami Shores Lightning Lacrosse is a non-profit organization with a very limited amount of funding available for scholarship athletes. No guarantee of assistance is implied in this application.
