1. Players can cancel until one week after the first practice. This is a full refund including the annual fee (if paid). If fees were paid with fundraising credits, the credits will be restored to the family's fundraising account. After this time, no refunds are given unless cancellation is caused by one of the reasons listed below.
2. Within the first half of the season, if there is a medical reason caused by an injury at practice or game, the season fee will be refunded, but not the annual fee.
3. Players can cancel tournaments/DDL/Friendlies up to 3 weeks prior to an event and receive a refund. If the team's tournament participation is canceled by either the tournament organizer or the VYSL board, full refunds will be provided.
4. Fundraising credits can only be used for VYSL activities. There will be no refund or distribution of funds for unused credits. Unused credits can be donated to VYSL at the owner's request or will be held for a maximum of 3 years before automatically donated to VYSL. Any donation over $250 will receive a donation letter for tax purposes.
