This policy is to inform the parents and participants of Banning Pass Little League of our “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY”. In order to participate in this program, all participants, volunteers, parents, coaches, board members, spectators and guests must abide by this policy.
THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED:

• Possession/consumption of alcoholic beverages, possession/use of illegal substances, smoking or use of tobacco and/or vape on the premises of any Association, League function, including home or away game, practices or events. This will be enforced by the Local Law Enforcement agency. Any person violating this will be removed from the field/facility immediately and will be suspended from our program.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct; Protesting a game official, Board of director, Tournament director or any other League official in an aggressive demonstrative manner, or any behavior which might incite negative, violent or aggressive fan involvement.
• The use of abusive or profane language or actions (coaching from the stands or behind the home plate area) at any time at any Association or League function.
• Disrespecting the program, board members, coaches, children and adults while at any Association/League event.
• Any physical violence, or verbal abuse or harassment toward any parents, coach, official, board member or player.

Any parent/guardian, who wishes to file a complaint, MUST do so in writing, either by emailing it in or handing writing and handing into a board of director personal, to be valid and further action taken if necessary. Failure to follow this policy will result in immediate dismissal from the event and/or season for a participant and/or his/her parents. Depending on the gravity of the incident, dismissal may be immediate for the participant or parent with the possibility of notification given to the Local Law Enforcement.

By signing below, I am respecting myself and my entire family and/or any friend who may attend the event that my child is participating in. I will enlighten my friends and family and enforce this policy. I acknowledge receipt of the Banning Pass Little League Zero Tolerance Policy. I will abide in accordance with the policy or risk dismissal of participation of my child/children.
