Orioles Capture 2022 Majors Championship

In a thrilling 1-0 game, the Orioles captured the PWLL 2022 Majors Championship over the Pirates.

Ryan Skerry threw a complete-game shutout, striking out 10 batters over six innings of work. CJ York battled hard on the other side for the Pirates, whiffing five Orioles in four innings. Tyler McMahon scored the only run of the game in the second inning. After reaching base on a leadoff walk, he moved to third on a double by Ben Ouellette and then crossed the plate on a grounder to second base, getting under the tag at home plate. 

Congratulations to all the Orioles on a great season!
