Nov. 2017 Monthly Board Meeting

The Midland Park Basketball Association (MPBA) will hold a meeting. Please attend to learn more about how to get involved with the association, upcoming board openings, and the travel and/or recreation basketball programs. MPBA board will vote to fill the seat of Secretary.

Place: Midland Park Library (Community Room – downstairs), Midland Park, NJ

BOARD POSITION AVAILABLE - SECRETARY
MPBA is looking for a volunteer to fill the seat of Secretary. The Secretary shall be the recording officer of the organization and custodian of all its non-financial records. The Secretary shall keep a record of all proceedings of the MPBA; conduct necessary correspondence incidental to the MPBA; cause proper notice to MPBAEB members of meetings dates; keep attendance at all MPBAEB meetings; prepare and distribute minutes of all MPBA meetings; keep the official copy of the Constitution and Bylaws of the MPBA and a record of all amendments thereto; and perform such other duties as directed by the President.
