When training with UTRHoops, one should expect full and half court intense ball handling and shooting
drills with strategic focuses on game day practices and off court areas for home practice. I strictly focus on ball handling
and shooting drills with each player.
Training will begin with stretching, intense ball
handling and shooting drills. We will conclude with half court shooting fundamental
training and free throws.
Remember: Stretching is necessary and recommended prior to each training secession to keep the muscles loose and increase flexibility.
