Ages 5 & 6. We encourage all flag players to sell 10 cow plops for our only fundraiser of the season. Practice starts 3rd week of August (2x week) and Games are typically Sunday AM (1 game per week).

2026 Cheer Program

Welcome to Lower Perk Longhorns Cheerleading

Our season starts on August 3rd 2026 and can go until Early December if teams make it to Nationals.

Practices will be Monday-Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Longhorns Field until the start of the school year. Once school starts practices will be moved to Tuesday and Thursday nights at various locations including the field and various indoor locations.

We welcome cheerleaders ages 4-13 in the Perkiomen Valley, Spring Ford, Boyertown and Pottstown School Districts.

Registration cost includes: Sideline Uniforms, Bows, Practice Space and Competition Fees. Mitey Mite, JPW, PW and JV cheerleaders will purchase their competition uniforms at a separate cost.

All Lower Perk Longhorn Cheerleaders will be expected to participate in game day sideline cheer as well as competition cheer.

Cheerleading is a team sport and each individual cheerleader plays a pivotal role in the teams success. Cheerleaders are expected to be at every game and every practice.
