2025 Registration is now closed- we are excited for the new soccer season!  Here are some important dates to put on your calendars:

August  - Soccer practices begin (your exact date will vary depending on team and coach)

September 6, 2025 -  Opening day - games begin

September, TBD- Picture day!

October 25, 2025 - Closing day - season ends

All players must register with
OSC during its annual registration period. Teams will fill up! Register now to avoid being put on a waitlist.
Fall 2025 Recreation Registration is effective from March 29th through May 31st.

Recreation Fees per Division:
U6 Division - $110
U8 & U10 Divisions - $130
U12 & U15 Divisions - $140

Late Recreation Fees per Division, if made available:
U6 Division - $135
U8 & U10 Divisions - $155
U12 & U15 Divisions - $165

Discounts & Rebates available throughout Registration:
Head Coach Rebate - $30 (rebate given to coaches after season is completed)
Multi-Player per Household discount- $10

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Non-refundable administrative fee of $15 through May 31st.
Non-refundable administrative fee of $25 fee and 50% Refund through June 30th.
No refund after July 1st.

Cancellation Policy permits only medical documented reason(s) or relocating from the surrounding area. 

Refunds are NOT a guarantee and are subject to review by the board and may require further information before proceeding. 
Please include any helpful information so the Board can review the circumstances.

Coach Code of Conduct




I am volunteering to serve as a youth soccer coach for Oakdale Soccer Club. In this role I understand and agree to the following. I will:

  1. Be a role model, leading by example and demonstrating fair play and good sportsmanship at all times.

  2. Always show respect for players, other coaches, game officials, OSC Board Members, and agents of OSC.

  3. Treat everyone with dignity and respect, never using abusive, profane, or insulting language.

  4. Ensure the safety and welfare of all players above the value of winning at all times.

  5. Demonstrate knowledgeable of the rules of the game, and teach these rules to my players in an age appropriate way.

  6. Motivate my players to produce their best effort, inspire them to learn the game, and encourage them to support their fellow teammates.

  7. Ensure my actions on the sidelines during games shall be in the spirit of "good sportsmanship" at all times.

  8. Not tolerate inappropriate behavior from players or parents, regardless of the situation.

  9. Not possess, distribute, or use alcohol, drugs, and any unauthorized prescription drugs before, during, or after practices and games, or anytime I am in the presence of players, parents, and spectators.

  10. Not allow the use of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco by any of my players at any time and will report such abuse to OSC.

  11. Never insult, criticize, yell at, attempt to “educate,” or otherwise approach any referee in a negative manner.

  12. Never knowingly jeopardize the eligibility and participation of a student-athlete.

  13. Not request, accept, or otherwise be compensated financially as a volunteer coach by any registered player’s family during the soccer season.



I understand that failure to comply with the OSC Coach Code of Conduct will result in my suspension from OSC activities temporarily or permanently.

Parent Code of Conduct



I am a parent/guardian of an Oakdale Soccer Club player(s). I understand and agree to the following. I will:


  1. Support my child and provide a positive environment for learning about and enjoying soccer.

  2. Support the coaches, officials, and OSC Board Members and its agents working with my child to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all.

  3. Encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, game officials, and OSC Board Members and its agents.

  4. Place the emotional and physical well-being of all players ahead of any personal desire to win.

  5. Remember that the game is for the players, not for the adults.

  6. Require my child to treat other players, coaches, game officials, OSC Board Members and its agents, and spectators with dignity and respect.

  7. Not interfere or attempt to ‘educate’ the coach during practices and games.

  8. Speak with my child’s coach privately if I want or need to share any concerns or issues related to my child.

  9. Not possess, distribute, or use alcohol, drugs, and unauthorized prescription drugs before, during, or after practices and games, or any OSC related event.

  10. Not criticize or argue with any game official.

  11. Not use profane language or gestures, or argue with the opposing team’s parents, players, or coaches.

  12. Not come onto the field for any reason during the game.

  13. Share any concerns, grievances, or issues with the Safety Director after the game.

  14. Not request, require, or otherwise offer financial compensation to any volunteer coach, referee, or any volunteer member of OSC during the soccer season.

  15. Not bring any pet to a practice, game, or OSC event, regardless of pet size, breed, or demeanor. I understand that OSC maintains a strict No Pets Allowed policy.

  16. Ensure my guests understand and abide by this Code of Conduct.


I understand that OSC is managed by unpaid volunteers trying to do their best for players, families, and the community at large. I agree to support OSC in any manner I can to provide a stellar recreation soccer program for Oakdale area youth. Further, I understand that failure to comply with the OSC Parent Code of Conduct will result in my child’s suspension from OSC activities, temporarily or permanently.
