The New Mexico District 9 Little League - District Administrator is Pam Stanley.

Pam has volunteered with Little League for over 20 years and has served the previous nine years as the District Administrator prior to Arik. Pam has been instrumental in the training of new District Administrators in New Mexico as well as across the United States. Pam is from Bosque Farms, NM and began her volunteer journey there at her local league, Yucca Little League. From there she went back year after year, gaining new knowledge and experiences to later become the District Administrator for District 9. 

During her brief hiatus as District Administrator, she gladly continued to volunteer as the Assistant District Administrator. Pam served as the District 9 ADA, and served as a member of the Little League International Advisory Board - Southwest Region representative. Pam was currently voted as a nominee to the Little League International Board of Directors - Southwest Region Field Representative.

The District Administrator is a four-year volunteer term that is voted on by the league President's every four years.

The New Mexico District 9 Little League - Assistant District Administrator is Arik Riley.

Arik has volunteered with Little League for a little more than 9 years and started at the local league level, serving as a Safety Officer and assisting with Player Agent items. Arik began volunteering his time with Little League when he was in high school and throughout his college years. He graduated from UNM with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer in the State of New Mexico.

The Assistant District Administrator is an appointed position by the District Administrator.

The New Mexico District 9 Little League - Safety Officer is Justin Flowers.

Justin began volunteering with the Little League organization at the local Little League level. He served as a local leagues Safety Officer and has maintained that role throughout his volunteer career. Justin has also served in many roles at the local level included a Manager and Coach. Justin currently works as an EMT for a local community.

Justin's role in the District is to assist local leagues with addendums, changes and compliance with their local league Safety Plans. Justin assists the D.A. during Tournament season to ensure there are safe playing conditions.

The Safety Officer is a volunteer appointed position by the District Administrator

The New Mexico District 9 Little League - Umpire-in-Chief is Nico Davids.

Nico has volunteered with the Little League organization for over ten years and began his volunteer journey as a Junior Umpire. Nico participated in his local Little League as a player but his passion grew as a volunteer and especially as an umpire. His knowledge of rules and regulations within Little League aided him as he continued volunteering and umpiring games. 

Nico has been regionally trained and has participated in clinics put on by Little League International. Nico has umpired at the Junior League Softball Southwest Regional in Isleta, NM and at the Little League Softball Southwest Regional in Waco, TX. He has recently been appointed to umpire at the Junior League Softball World Series in Kirkland, Washington for 2023! 

The Chief Umpire/UIC is a volunteer appointed position by the District Administrator.

The New Mexico District 9 Little League - Player Agent is Kevin Riley.

Kevin has served at the local league level for several years prior to coming onto the District staff. Kevin has served in multiple roles at the local level and has help host multiple district and state tournaments over the years. Kevin currently serves as Vice President at one of our local leagues.

Kevin has three kids, all of which have participated in the Little League program and has grown and contributed to his volunteerism in Little League.

The Player Agent is a volunteer appointed position by the District Administrator.
