Player Development Initiatives
The KCFL will be implementing the player development initiatives being implemented by the US Soccer Federation. We will have the blue build out line on all 7v7 fields, and encourage coaches to educate themselves in the rules and how to coach the proper use of it. Referees are being trained in the use of the build out line as well.
