Watertown Lacrosse Registration Information Sheet

First step

·         You first must have an updated USA lacrosse membership and number for your athlete which is valid through June of 2022!!!

·         This can be obtained/Updated at Www.usalacrosse.org   This is payable online ($30 for youth and $35 for HS) direct to USA lacrosse!

 Second Step

·         Go to our website http://tshq.bluesombrero.com/watertownlax

o          Returning families… use the LOGIN button in the upper right

- Once logged on PLEASE go to the settings (gear) in the upper right and confirm all of the contact information is 100% accurate… this is what we use to communicate with you!!!

-  Using the “REGISTER NOW! Button in the upper right to complete your registration for each member of your family.

o          New families…use the REGISTER button in the upper right

-  Please use this to setup a User Account (parent) - Basic information on yourself and your athlete(s)… hopefully stuff you know by heart.

-  Register for the program for each athlete

o          Payment to the club for registration.  This is done by Visa or MasterCard - Credit or Debit card directly on the website.

o          The minimum payment of $50 10U/ $100 12U/14U / $150 HS is due with registration

o          The balance (if not paid in full at registration) is due by March 7^th to receive the early bird (Scholarships are available for this balance by completing the form http://tshq.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=2088562)

o          If not paid in full by March 7^th you will be charged a late fee of $25 for 10U Boys or $50 for 14U and High School.

To Rent equipment you will need (date and time yet to be set for early March)

First year players (no cost)

o   A parent to sign the agreement

o   A check for $225 to “Watertown Lacrosse Association” as a security deposit that will be returned when the equipment is returned

Returning players ($100)

o    We HIGHLY encourage you getting your own equipment (Dicks (coupon), Lax Store in Brookfield, Craig’s list)

o          A parent to sign the agreement

o          A check for $100 to “Watertown Lacrosse Association” for the rental

o          A check for $225 to “Watertown Lacrosse Association” as a security deposit that will be returned with the equipment is returned
