Off Season Opportunities

Off season development can drastically impact your Lacrosse game.  The following is a list of southern Wisconsin opportunities that we are aware of. If you need some help navigating what may be best for you or your family please don’t hesitate to ask one of the coaches and we will do our best to share what others have done.   Don’t forget you can also develop a lot of fundamentals in your own yard/park… just having a stick in your hands around the house is a huge help.
