I have been coaching in AYSO Core Program for 11 years from the U6 through U14 divisions, and 1 year in the Presidio league in the U13 division.

My coaching philosophy is to coach possession style soccer while moving the ball down the field. I strive to bring the best out of each player by instilling values of mutual respect and sportsmanship helping players grow through success and failure and teach methods of play that will help each player into their High School years.

Tim Miller

Head Coach - Girls 2008

Coaching:
2 years with AYSO

Credentials:
U12 AYSO Coach
USSF E License

I have coached girls and boys soccer for 5 consecutive seasons with AYSO, teaching youths ranging from ages 6-9 years old.

My 2017 GU10 team took First Place in our division.

I developed a passion for the sport as a young child and played throughout my young adulthood, which has strengthened my athletic background.

Over the seasons, I have developed strategies on coaching youths entering the sport at various skill levels from beginner to experienced. I recognize and work on each player’s strengths and weaknesses.

I focus on the team as a unit, teaching integrity, sportsmanship and healthy competitiveness to build successful outcomes.

In addition to my extensive knowledge of the sport and game technique, my qualities include having a calm demeanor, patience and strong training and supervising skills.

My goal for each player is to have fun, to learn something new and to build skill. I strive to ensure youths finish their season with newfound skills, commitment and a drive to be better.

Kyle Thibeault

Head Coach - Girls 2009

Coaching:
7 years with AYSO

Credentials:

My goal as a coach is to teach the possession style of soccer and develop a child individually. Getting your child as many touches on the ball as possible, because a child with more confidence controlling the ball is a more confident player on the field. I have coached girls and boys from U5 to U12, taking my girls U12 Extra team to the finals taking second place for the season. I took my girls U10 team to two consecutive TOC tournaments.  I like to have a positive playing atmosphere for your child so they want to continue to play the game of soccer.
