Due to the uncertainty surrounding when we will be able to resume competitive games, PNLL has decided to run an 8-week session of "PNLL Spring Training" as we wait for state and local officials to authorize the return to competitive baseball games based upon state and local health conditions.  We hope that conditions will improve this spring such that we will be able to run a shortened regular season sometime this spring or early summer. In the meantime, as we await such an authorization, we have decided to offer this short-term session of practices to get our PNLL kids back on the diamond.

If it becomes possible to run a traditional Little League season, PNLL will be holding a separate registration for that season and there will be a separate registration fee due at that time. If that happens before the 8-week session of PNLL Spring Training is substantially completed, participants in the Spring Training program will get a partial credit towards the traditional season registration fee.  Players do no need to participate in the 8-week Spring Training program to participate in our traditional spring season, if one occurs.

All of the members of the PNLL Board are pulling for the conditions to improve, not only for the health and safety of our community, but also so that we can return to Little League baseball that we love and miss.  The Board continues to appreciate the support from all of the members of our PNLL community.

REGISTRATION DATES AND FEES

2021 Spring Training Registration opens January 20!

Registration cost will be $60.00 (plus a $3 service fee for a total of $63) per player. Players who are "league age" 4 to 12 are welcome.  You can check your player's league age here:

All players will register online this season, both new and returning. No applicant will be permitted to participate in any PNLL activity until this registration has been completed in its entirety and all registration fees have been paid in full. Instructions for payment and related forms will be provided as you step through the registration process.

Spring Training will consist of a 8-weeks of instruction and intra-squad scrimmages. There will be no competitive games. The session will begin on February 6 and end on April 3. We will adhere to the guidelines provided by the San Diego County Health Department. There will be groups of no more than 15.  Practices will be held twice a week - once on Saturday and one weekday. Teams will be formed based on friend and coach requests (to the extent possible).  There are no tryouts.

All players will receive a PNLL Spring Training t-shirt with registration.

• Baseball pants
• Baseball cleats (optional)
• Cup (not mandatory for T-ball or Rookies, but recommended for Rookies and above)
• Bat
• Batting helmet

We are always in need of some great parents to volunteer as the Team Manager and Assistant Coaches.  Your help is needed to provide the most enriching program for your child.  If you are interested in spending some quality time with great kids, this is the place for you!  Our organization is all about the kids and making the season the best it can be.
