NELALL is open during Spring and Fall Ball Seasons

Spring Season runs between March and June.
Registration period typically runs between October through December 31st.
Team assignments and roster edits are completed in January.
Coach meetings and first practices begin in February.
Opening Day is traditionally set for the first or second week of March, pending weather.

Fall Season is scheduled between August through November. Fall 2024 evaluation dates and times will be announced in June!

Northeast Los Angeles Little League, Established in 1997

Northeast Los Angeles Little League (NELALL) is nestled in Elysian Park across from the iconic Dodger Stadium. Our league is located in a prime location with scenic views to match. We are proud to serve the vibrant communities of Boyle Heights, Lincoln Heights, Cypress Park, Mt. Washington, Glassell Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, and Downtown Los Angeles.

Northeast Los Angeles Little League (NELALL) is a non-profit organization powered by passionate volunteers. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive sportsmanship for the children in our community. Through the dedication of our volunteer coaches, we aim to teach the fundamentals of baseball and instill a love for the game.

District 18 encompasses the El Monte/San Gabriel Area and includes the following leagues:
Alhambra American, East Alhambra, El Monte American, El Monte Eastern, El Monte National, Los Angeles (Highland Park Neighborhood), South El Monte National, South Pasadena, Temple City American, Temple City National

When are NELA evaluations?
Evaluations for Spring are held in within the first two weeks of January.
Evaluations for Fall Ball Season are typically held in Early August!

When are games and practices?
Spring Season games are held between March and June. Usually, every weekend with an occasional weekday game.
All-Star games follow the regular Spring Season.
Fall Season is scheduled between August through November.
No All Star Games are held during the Fall Ball Season
Practices are scheduled on a team-by-team basis and vary by division, usually held during the week between sometime between 4pm - 7pm

Who are the coaches in Little League?
All coaches in Little League are parent volunteers. These dedicated parents generously give their time to coach, mentor, and support the players. If you are interested in becoming a coach, contact the league to find out how you can get involved.

When does registration Open?
Spring registration starts as early as October of the previous year as Spring is our bigger of the two seasons.
Fall Ball registration opens in July of the same year.

How long do the seasons run?
Spring season runs between March and June but practices can begin as early as February.
Fall Ball runs between September through November.
