The mission of the Oak Grove Athletic Association Girls Flag Football Program is to empower girls ages 6-13 by providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where they can build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of self through athletic participation. Through flag football participants develop physical fitness, social skills, and a strong sense of teamwork while learning the values of dedication accountability, and sportsmanship. OGAA believes that early exposure to athletics plays a critical role in shaping confident, capable leaders. The Girls Flag Football Program is rooted in the belief that girls deserve equal access to athletic opportunities that encourage self-belief, promote active lifestyles, and foster lifelong skills.

Each player will be provided the following equipment for their use during the season; to be returned at the conclusion of the season (Fees will apply to all equipment that is not returned by the communicated date of equipment return)
