As a board of directors, we listened to your feedback regarding past fundraising and have shifted to a new program this year where we will be selling coupon cards.  

Thank you for your help in keeping Grand Chute Baseball one of the best youth leagues in the area.

* You will receive a packet that includes ten coupon cards and information on the incentive program. 

* When you registered your child for the 2019 season, you prepaid for five coupon cards at $20 each.  When you sell the first five cards, you keep those proceeds.  If you sell the extra five (also at $20 per card), you will be included in the incentive program, where you can earn cool GCBB Under Armour  clothing and chances for other prizes!

* If you sell all ten cards provided and would like to sell more, please contact the league via the email address below and we will promptly provide you with more cards. 

* Return of unsold cards or extra proceeds - Return to the concession stand between Plamann Park Fields #1 and #2 during our opening day or during the first week of the season.  Put your child’s and team’s names on the envelope.

- If you sell/keep the initial 5 cards only:

-          Return unsold cards.  Any cards not returned will be charged to you. 

- Sell/keep more than 5 cards:

-          Please include the additional proceeds and/or remaining cards with a note of the number of additional cards sold in an envelope following the direction and timing noted above.
