District 3 Little League in Wisconsin supports all youth Baseball and Softball leagues chartered through Little League in Northwest Wisconsin.

District 3 was formed in 1959 as a spin-off from District 1, and originally encompassed the Northwest quadrant of the state. District 5 (North Central Wisconsin) was formed as a spin-off from District 3 in 1976. Prior to 1982, Wisconsin district champions typically competed in sectional tournaments with leagues from Minnesota and Michigan's Upper Peninsula before advancing to divisional tournament competition.

Currently, there are 6 chartered Little Leagues in District 3.
