District 1 Meetings for 2025

Sunday, February 2, 2025 - 2:00 p.m. - Crawford Tech Center Upper Conference Room.

Approve budget for 2025. Click here for report,
- League assessments for 2025 - $40.00 per regular season minor, major, junior and senior league teams.
2024 League finance reports need to be submitted to Becky Bassett at Little League.
Leagues must charter online and if not already done so, needs to be done, especially for insurance reasons.
Combined team and interleague play forms are all done in the Data Center through the chartering process and done prior to June 1.
2025 Section 1 Tournaments hosted by District 1 Leagues:
- Junior League Baseball - July 1 - 4, site to be determined.
- 8-10 Year Old Softball - July 5 - 9, site to be determined.
League tax returns to the IRS must be filed by February 15th. Failure to do so will result in loss of tax exemption status.

ASAP plans need to be updated and submitted through the Data Center. Leagues will not be permitted to host tournament games without an approved ASAP plan.

Monday, June 16, 2025 - 5:30 p.m. - Affidavits, 6:30 - Rules meeting - Crawford Tech Center, Lower Conference Room

Meeting for Presidents, Tournament Team Managers and Coaches, Tournament Umpires.
- Tournament affidavits and all accompanying documentation, including original birth certificates for players presented for checking and approval.
- Presentation of Tournament rules and procedures.
  - Teams draw for placement of teams in the brackets.
