If you feel he/she has a 96% or higher, please complete the Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. All-American Application.

ALL must be completed!  You will need to submit application, (2) addendum, and a copy of a June 2023 report card to the GPW Board by August 1..  All applications will be given to our President or Vice-president, so they can give them in at the CDPW meeting on August 31st. 

*Current 5th graders and higher are eligible.  

*Do not use school average.  Use every marking period grades to determine the average.

*Capital District Pop Warner is our league.  Guilderland Pop Warner is our association.  

*Insert current age, but attach last year’s report card.

*DO NOT use PE to in the average calculation.

*DO NOT include sports honors on the addendum. 

*Signatures are required from parent and player.

*Current 8th grade or higher are eligible for scholarships.

*Use Conversion chart (4 point scale- 4=100%, 3=86%, 2=76%, 1=59%) for Guilderland Schools.
