Follow these simple steps to sign up your child for Football or Cheer:
- Download and complete player forms: Fill out all the Player Forms listed below.
- Online registration: Click the "Register Here" button and complete the required form. You'll need to upload the completed Player Forms during this process.
- Print and submit documents: After registering online, print all required documents. To ensure your child can join the first day of practice, submit these printed documents by August 1st. You can either:
a. Mail them to: GPW, PO Box 72, Guilderland, NY 12084
b. Drop them off at any of our Registration Pop-Up Events
c. Hand them in at upcoming events listed on our Home page.
Important: Physical exams must be dated between January 1, 2024 and August 1, 2024 and submitted no later than August 1st. Download the 2024 Physical Form linked below and bring it to your child's doctor. The doctor can fill it out with information from their last physical and date it with the current date
