Packing List & Bag Info

Packing list will be provided including a detailed list of what each traveler needs as well as baggage allowances.

Spending Money

The price of the trip will cover all meals (except while in airplanes and in airports) and lodging costs as well as entrance fees and transportation.  Players will be responsible for incidental expenses (i.e. having a snack in the afternoon) or gifts.  The amount of spending money a player should bring usually corresponds to spending habits at home. 

We recommend each traveler brings at least $50.00 cash which you can change at the airport.  The remainder of the money can be in either:

• Cash, (not large amounts)
• Travelers’checks, Euro’s traveler’s checks are more convenient if possible.
• Credit card/ATM, if available – we will have regular access to ATM’s
• Please research with your bank any fees for all of the above as every bank is different.

Every bank in the US is different and the access to foreign currency, travelers checks, and the charges that go with them are all different.
