Rules & Guidelines for Players:

The Staff of Ziemer Family Soccer Tours (ZFST) are to ensure the safety of the players and to make sure they receive enough sleep, healthy food, and hydration so they are able to perform their best on the soccer field.  The Players are to be responsible for adhering to the guidelines and timetables set by the coaching staff during each team trip. This includes hydration, eating healthy foods, and adhering to curfews and lights out.   

All Players need to be respectful of the Coaches and Staff, and follow their direction so that they may ensure their well-being and play their very best for team success.  The Players are also responsible for being respectful of their roommates so that all Players are healthy, happy and well-rested.

Players will be responsible for making sure they are on time for meals, bus departures and curfews.

Curfew will be at the Coaches discretion based on schedule.
Do not leave the hotel for any reason without permission from the Ziemer Family Soccer Tour staff.

Be respectful of Staff, teammates, other hotel guests and employees at all times

Take care of body stretching, equipment, hygiene

Players will NOT order movies or room service in the hotel

Players are to direct requests for food, drinks, medications, and any other concerns to ZFST staff.  

Players will remain with Staff 24/7 unless pre-approved by Coach and/or Staff.

Each player is responsible for proper hydration, eating food that is provided, and following all instructions from the Coach regarding conduct, preparation, fitness, and rehabilitation (such as ice baths and rest)

All Players are responsible for good behavior at all times.   Individual behavior reflects positively or negatively on the group as a whole

If a Player is ill, they need to tell ZFST staff right away so that they can be taken care of to protect their health and the health of their teammates.  

If a Player gets injured or has an injury, the Player needs to report this to Staff immediately.  The Player will follow direction from Staff to coordinate care and transportation

Social Media Etiquette:  No posting of inappropriate pictures/videos on all platforms (Snap, Instagram, Twitter etc.)  Anyone posting items not reflecting yourself or team in a positive manner will be subject to a suspension at the agreement of the Staff

Respect your teammates privacy.  If someone does not want a picture or video taken of themselves DO NOT persist

If you need anything please address the ZFST staff first.  Do not contact your parents outside of the hotel with issues that may create more of a situation than needed.  Communicate with your Coaches and Staff.

Failure to comply with the rules, depending on the severity, will result in loss of freedom, or being sent home at family’s expense.
