Who Are We?

First let's start with who we are not….we are not a typical travel baseball organization.  We do not emphasize winning trophies and rings. Our mission starts with the “whole player approach” to developing young athletes.  At IMPACT Baseball Academy your son will be developed for his next level of competition by focusing on sport specific skill, physical strength and conditioning, mental fortitude and approach, and last but not least, building a champions body through proper nutrition and developing good habits.

However, because we do believe competition breeds improvement, we will play in a tournament at the end of each camp session so that the coaching staff, player, and parents can measure each players progression and continue to build an individualized improvement plan.  All Upperclass and Underclass teams will compete in showcase tournaments and scouting events whenever possible. To this end, each high school aged player will have a basic recruiting profile built for him as part of the normal camp cost and also be offered college placement/recruiting opportunities.

How Do We Do It?

It starts with the staff. All IMPACT staff undergo an interview process and possess a minimum of either college playing experience and/or high school coaching experience. Our staff of instructors are committed to the development of your son both as a baseball player and as a young man. This means that our staff is expected to act professionally both on and off the diamond and treat everyone they come in contact with respect. We will use a set of measurable aspects in order to get a baseline for every player and build an improvement plan for each player from there. This approach makes IMPACT Baseball Academy the perfect spot for players of all skill levels to improve their game and prepare for their next level.

Finally, our tournament play will include the entire valley, but we will also travel in state to Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, and Tucson. Our regional travel can include stops in Southern California, Las Vegas, and Colorado.
