Hawaii District 4 is located on the Big Island of Hawaii and consists of 5 chartered leagues island-wide --- Hilo LL and Ka'u LL charters both Baseball and Softball, North HI LL and West Side HI LL charters Baseball-only, Gold Coast LL is a softball-only charter.  In previous years, former Administrators developed the softball-only charter which precluded North HI LL and West Side HI LL from chartering softball within their respective boundary area.  The 3 leagues' boundaries overlap for softball.    

Hawaii 4, is a non-profit organization registered federally and with the State of Hawaii.
