Hawaii District 4 is located on the Big Island of Hawaii and consists of 5 chartered leagues---Hilo LL and Ka'u LL charters Baseball and Softball, North HI LL charters Baseball-only, West Side HI LL charters Baseball-only, Gold Coast LL is a softball-only charter. In previous years, former Administrators designed to develop a softball-only charter Gold Coast, thus precluding NHLL and WSHLL from chartering softball. These 3 leagues' boundaries overlap.
Hawaii 4, is a non-profit organization registered federally and with the State of Hawaii.
